A pub favorite and for good reason. Fall off the bone good

 

Chick-N-Cheez Quesadillas- Grilled chicken, cheddar cheese and red

chili flakes are folded into warm flour tortillas and served with cool sour cream

and Bert’s salsa

 

Spuds McBert’s- Tender, warm baby russets are broiled with shredded cheddar

cheese and diced bacon crumbles then topped with cool sour cream and green onion

 

Home Style Chips- (just ask for “Homies”)

We KNOW you can’t eat just one. Fresh made potato chips, seasoned up the

Bert’s way, with garlic and served with our famous dippin’ sauce

 

Burger Sliders- Five little pub burgers, just like the dinner burger, but cuter

and easier to eat

 

Surf & Turf Nachos- Not your ordinary Nacho and by far, more memorable.

Shaved flank steak and shrimp are sautéed up with bell peppers and green

onions then topped with fresh cilantro and served with our “kick ass”, black bean

queso dip, home made salsa, half moon tortilla chips and sour cream

 

The Wine Plate- Selected fresh local fruit, an assortment of cheeses and

fresh bread. Pairs up nicely with a glass of one of our local red wines

 

Deep Fried Green Beans- Tender green beans are breaded, deep fried and

served with cool ranch dressing

 

Pork Tenderloin Slider- Five tender grilled pork medallions served with

home made, roasted corn relish

 

Black Bean Queso Dip- Made fresh and served with homemade tortilla chips

 

Chips & Salsa- Our salsa is fresh made here and beats any Cantina in the valley

 

Fries- Tossed in garlic seasoning and serve with our “kick butt” secret sauce

Grilled Ahi Club- Fresh 8oz Ahi filet, grilled with lemon pepper, and topped

with thick slice pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and tartar sauce

 

Honey Bacon Shrimp Wrap- Honey & garlic sautéed shrimp, diced pepper bacon

and green onions, with ranchero cheese, chipotle mayo, lettuce and tomato

 

THE PUB BURGER-

A full ½ lb of hand formed and home seasoned fresh ground beef. topped with

thick sliced cheddar cheese and pepper bacon with lettuce, tomato and

pickle on the side. Make is Spicy just by asking

 

The Horseman Burger- a½ lb hand formed seasoned ground beef patty served

open face on toasted sourdough, piled with your choice of homies or fries, which are

smothered in pepper jack cheese sauce and topped with pepper bacon & green onion

French Dip- Tender roast beef swiss cheese and savory au jus

**PEPPER JACK MACARONI AND CHEESE**

Many have tried, and all have failed to duplicate our wondrous creation. This is our signature dish and the mother load of comfort food, made fresh each order.

Thick sliced, diced pepper bacon, sautéed red and yellow peppers, pepper jack cheese and tender elbow macaroni. Served with bacon & garlic sautéed green beans and sourdough bread.

 

-ARTISAN PIZZAS-

(Made fresh, on a 10 inch cracker bread pizza crust)

Pesto Three Cheese- Parmesan, mozzarella, pepper jack, pesto sauce & tomatoes

Pepperoni- Marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, tomato, & a bit of pepper jack

Chicken Club- Like the “Pesto Three Cheese” but we add diced chicken and bacon

Spinach-Chicken & Artichoke- Fresh spinach & artichoke spread w/diced chicken

Each Fettuccine dish is made fresh to order and starts from scratch, including our Alfredo sauce, with sautéed red & yellow peppers, shaved parmesan cheese and served with sourdough bread.

A simple but delicious combination of crisp romaine tossed in Ranch dressing, with diced roma tomatoes and real pepper bacon crumbles. Served with sourdough bread.

Fresh deli turkey and ham, real pepper bacon bits, tomato and shredded cheddar cheese make this salad a classic in the making. 

~CHICKEN ORIENTAL ALA BERT’S~

A tongue pleasing combination of chopped cabbage, diced chicken, toasted almonds, and sesame seeds, tossed in Oriental style dressing, then topped with dice green onions and served on a bed of deep fried wonton strips.

~PORK & MANDARIN SALAD~

Fresh chopped cabbage, marinated & sliced pork tenderloin, mandarin oranges and almonds are tossed in Oriental style dressing and served on a bed of crisp wonton strips.

~HAIL CAESARS~

We start with fresh romaine and toss it with our own special Caesar dressing and top it with shaved parmesan. A classic at it’s best.
